*Subject to eligibility for and changes in North Carolina Legislative Tuition Grant. (NC Non-resident students and those holding baccalaureate degrees are ineligible for NCLTG funds. For students earning a first baccalaureate degree in a program that requires no more than 128 credits hours, a twenty-five percent (25%) reduction shall be applied to all eligible students with completed credit hours in excess of 140.) A student must be registered for 12 or more hours at the beginning of the Fall and Spring semesters to receive the maximum NCLTG. A pro-rated NCLTG is now provided for a student registered for 9 – 11 hours at the beginning of the Fall and Sprig semesters.
*Education licensure only students may now be eligible for the North Carolina
Legislative Tuition Grant beginning fall 2006. Candidates must hold a baccalaureate
degree, be seeking initial teacher licensure, and have been formally admitted
into the Teacher Education program at Mars Hill College. For more details contact
